S.A.W SUBMERGED ARC WELDED PIPE
BIM carry a standard range of high-yield structural pipe with a yield range between 50Ksi - 100Ksi, low-temperature impact tested to –20°C, -40°C and -50°C. All material is fully certified to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 as required.
Welded tubulars are available as required up to 196” - 5000mm O/D and up to 200mm thick. Supplied in lengths up to 12m without circumferential-welds and multiple lengths with circ-welds up to 120m.
We can supply ultra-long length tubulars from industry approved mills, experienced to produce up to 120m long for applications including complete jacket leg sections, jack-up legs and racks, jacking piles and other piling applications.
CIRCULAR HOLLOW SECTIONS (CHS)
Circular Hollow Sections (CHS) are among the most widely used structural profiles in engineering and construction—valued for their uniform geometry, torsional resistance, and clean aesthetic. Their tubular design delivers exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, making them ideal for both load-bearing and architectural applications.
