From our selection of 30,000 tonnes of seamless pipe and almost 90,000 tonnes of welded pipe in the UK, we continue this range in-group across mainland Europe with over 350,000 tonnes of Seamless and Welded Pipes (SAW/ DSAW/ Spiral), Circular Hollow Section (CHS), Square Hollow Section (SHS) and Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS).

S.A.W SUBMERGED ARC WELDED PIPE
BIM carry a standard range of high-yield structural pipe with a yield range between 50Ksi - 100Ksi, low-temperature impact tested to –20°C, -40°C and -50°C. All material is fully certified to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 as required.
Welded tubulars are available as required up to 196” - 5000mm O/D and up to 200mm thick. Supplied in lengths up to 12m without circumferential-welds and multiple lengths with circ-welds up to 120m.
We can supply ultra-long length tubulars from industry approved mills, experienced to produce up to 120m long for applications including complete jacket leg sections, jack-up legs and racks, jacking piles and other piling applications.
These can be supplied with ancillary fabricated steelwork including crows nests, cradles, lifting lugs, and other fabricated additions to the client’s full specification, design and drawings. These ultra-long length tubulars are produced in specifications as required and are shipped
worldwide.
With our integrated Project Management, we take care to source and supply goods with a seamless process of delivery on time and within budget; a value-added service where value goes beyond price.
In addition, to the range of SAW/ DSAW tubulars, a small tonnage of spiral pipe is also available from UK stock and extended stock within European group stock in a wide range of sizes.
In support of this significant level of stock, direct back-to-back mill produced materials can be supplied in an infinite variety of sizes and specifications. Pipe lengths are generally double randoms, but talk to us for options.
Material certification is in accordance with EN 10204, Type 3.1 and or Type 3.2.
It is also possible to secure welded (SAW) tubulars in a relatively short lead-time basis from a combination of Bianco International Metals pre-existing volume plate stock and pre-booked pipe mill capacity.

All welded pipes are typically supplied with full EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification, NDT (UT, RT, MPI) records, and mechanical/impact test data to ensure traceability, weld integrity, and offshore compliance.
